Our focus lies in fostering impactful changes within governmental organizations, emphasizing strategic advancements rather than conducting Customer Experience or Excellence assessments against any local or international models. Our commitment extends to advancing the research and practical applications of positive transformation within the public sector.

 

We collaborate closely with international and academic institutions, contributing thought leadership to shape innovative approaches and best practices in the domain.

 

Despite our deep involvement in public service transformation, neither HNW nor Gov Design Academy engage in any CX or Excellence assessment contracts directly or indirectly. Our efforts remain steadfast in supporting public sector organizational growth, policy and service innovation through effective governance, without venturing into assessment services. This distinction underscores our commitment to maintaining a focused approach on research, consultancy, and capacity-building endeavours that drive sustainable and impactful change in the public sector.
