Our Innovation Squads are agile, cross-disciplinary teams designed to help government agencies solve pressing challenges. Using human-centered design (HCD) methodologies, these squads focus on understanding the needs, sentiments, and experiences of the people affected by the problem, whether they are citizens, public servants, or external partners.
Each squad is purpose-built based on the complexity of the challenge. For smaller, well-defined issues, a small team might suffice. For more intricate, systemic problems, a medium-sized team brings the additional capacity to address interconnected challenges.

3. Prototype: Rapidly building low-fidelity solutions to test concepts and gather feedback. Refining solutions based on real-world insights to ensure they are fit for purpose.
4. Implement: Our work extends outside the design lab and we help you through through action planning and follow up to materialize your desired solution.
