We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing both user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX), with a keen ability to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional designs. You will collaborate directly with clients, conduct user research, and create design solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research, workshops, and journey mapping sessions to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
- Ensure a consistent design language across products while maintaining brand identity.
- Maintain a strong focus on accessibility and responsive design to deliver inclusive user experiences across different devices and platforms.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and deliver tailored design solutions.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years in UX/UI design.
- A portfolio showcasing your work in both UX and UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, journey mapping, and interaction design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and effectively gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for both practicality and aesthetics in design solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
