Public Service Performance Manager (PSPM)

The Public Service Performance Manager (PSPM) Certification was designed with the goal of focusing the understanding of performance management in the Public Sector through laying the foundations and underlying philosophy of effective management and measurement of public services performance. Practitioners who have completed the PSPM can expect to leave with a firm grasp on the managerial and practical understanding of the effective service performance management building blocks across the service provision lifecycle. During this course:

• You will demonstrate the ability to holistically view the different components of the services ecosystem.
• You will have a grasp on the underlying philosophy and relevant supporting tools used during the service performance management cycle.
