The Public Service Performance Manager (PSPM) Certification was designed with the goal of focusing the understanding of performance management in the Public Sector through laying the foundations and underlying philosophy of effective management and measurement of public services performance. Practitioners who have completed the PSPM can expect to leave with a firm grasp on the managerial and practical understanding of the effective service performance management building blocks across the service provision lifecycle.
